WELCOME TO OUR FARMWe take pride in our agricultural lifestyle and love to share with visitors what we do. With agriculture as our livelihood, we have a strong appreciation for the land and commitment to ensure its productivity for future generations. We are committed to keeping our farm sustainable & vital! We are always looking for ways to improve our lands, by best practices. Utilizing our natural resources for ultimate returns in yields enables us to produce premium crops year after year. Our 950 acre family farm is located in the heart of Oregon's beautiful, bountiful Willamette Valley. We currently have about 55 acres in production for dried, preserved & fresh flowers; the remaining is vegetable, hazelnut trees, wheat & grass seed production. Our priority for excellence in both production & customer service continues today. Throughout the years, all of our family has worked hard to build on that commitment. With our son, Brian, returning to the farm business with us in 2002 & our daughters, Sarah, Amy & Kate, along with their families, continuing to help seasonally. And the next generation, which is currently 3 grandsons & a granddaughter, shows strong interest in this family tradition! Additionally, we have dedicated employees, both full time & seasonal; who share our commitment & vision, both on the farm & in the office. If you call, you will more than likely speak with Mary in our office, who offers exceptional help & service! She is always willing to do more, no matter what is asked of her! Early fall of 2011 we also welcomed Susie to our dedicated floral staff. Our summer harvest leader, Guadalupe, is invaluable for meeting the critical requirements of our individual products. Working with all of our employees, to also try to meet their needs has been rewarding for us all. Many seasonal workers return over the years, bringing back with them the knowledge required to do the jobs well & help train new employees as well. We well know, just how important each of these people are to us! It is important to us, to share our rural lifestyle, the farming culture, with those not connected with the land. To help foster the understanding of the commitment the farm community has to bring the world food to nourish the body and crops to nourish the soul! FARM PRODUCTION
